The halogen cycle keeps the filament clean, so output stays steady and lifespan stretches out. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s a straightforward industrial choice. It carries the current, seats cleanly, and gives you a repeatable mechanical mount. That repeatability is the quiet hero—it keeps the lamp aligned inside the tool, so the safety gap never drifts.
On the wafer line: heat you can trust, without the risk
You need serious heat, but you can’t risk debris. Our lamp delivers high-density infrared heat with a predictable thermal field. That predictability is what lets you set a fixed safety distance, so the hot envelope never contacts process gases or the wafer. Here’s the trade-off, though: a 2500W lamp packs serious heat density, so your chamber cooling and airflow have to be spec’d to match.
