Technical Deep-Dive
Think of it as a shortwave infrared halogen lamp, made specifically to replace the old bathroom heating lights. The IP65 seal keeps water jets and dust out, so the electronics and the filament stay safe, even in enclosed, humid spots. And the fit? It’s matched to standard halogen lamp dimensions and wattage, so it drops right into your existing brackets. No need to rework the housing.
Material & Design
The envelope is quartz, built to take the heat—and the constant on/off cycling—without flinching. Inside, halogen gas keeps the filament stable, which helps the lamp last longer and stops it from darkening over time. The R7s connector gives you a solid, two-point contact that handles the current without coming loose when things vibrate or expand with heat. We also tuned the coating and gas fill to soften the light spectrum. You still get powerful infrared heat, but with far less of that harsh glare that can be hard on the eyes.
