We&amp;rsquo;re looking for the stuff you can&amp;rsquo;t see—a microscopic air bubble in the epoxy or a hairline crack in the ceramic.&#xA;If it&amp;rsquo;s going to arc, we want it to happen here.&lt;strong&gt;I&amp;rsquo;d much rather burn out a sensor in my lab than have it short out inside your vacuum chamber.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
