A huge part of the problem is just wasted energy—specifically during wafer heating and curing.&#xA;Most of us are still clinging to legacy resistive heaters, but the truth is, they&amp;rsquo;re inefficient. We&amp;rsquo;ve been moving people over to short-wave infrared (IR) lamps because they do things differently. Instead of heating up all the air in the room, they go straight for the target.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The logic is pretty simple.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Standard convection heaters are like trying to warm up a &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;whole&lt;/a&gt; house just to heat one cup of coffee. It&amp;rsquo;s a waste. Our IR systems use direct radiation. Really fast.&#xA;Because the ramp-up time is so short, you end up pulling way fewer kilowatt-hours per wafer. Plus, since you aren&amp;rsquo;t turning your chamber into an oven, your HVAC and cooling water systems don&amp;rsquo;t have to work nearly as hard.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Now, let&amp;rsquo;s talk about the technical side.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We build these lamps with high watt density. Short-wave IR penetrates deeper into the wafer material, which is a big win because you can often get the same result while running lower temperatures.&#xA;But here is the catch: watch your power supply.&#xA;These lamps pull a massive amount of current the second they kick on. If your power rails aren&amp;rsquo;t ready for that initial surge, you&amp;rsquo;re going to be tripping breakers all day. Just make sure your electricals can handle the spike before you flip the switch.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Getting them into your line&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We designed these to be drop-in replacements.
