So the heat stays consistent through repeated service cycles. The quartz tube also gets a specialized coating. Why? Because workshops are harsh. Thermal shock, dust, moisture—this coating helps the heater take repeated on/off cycles without getting beat up. And the connection? We use an R7s connector. It’s straightforward to install, locks in securely, and holds steady even when things vibrate and heat up and cool down. You wire it, you secure it, and you stop worrying about the contact.
